We have updated our cancellation policy and now if less than 24 hours notice is given we have no choice but to charge 50% of the treatment cost and you will be unable to book back in until this is paid, we are a team of self employed staff and we are unlikely to be able to fill the slot if less notice is given resulting in us not getting paid!
Please just let us know if you can't make it in adequate time!
